2019-2020 – Geoffrey Keyes, M.D..

Dr. Keyes is the current visiting professor for The Rhinoplasty Society. In addition to being a past president of The Rhinoplasty Society, he has served as president of the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF), chairman of the board of trustees of AAAASF, president of the Aesthetic Society Education and Research Foundation (ASERF), the California Society of Plastic Surgeons (CSPS) and the Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons (LASPS). He is currently an associate professor of plastic surgery at the University of Southern California – Keck School of Medicine and operates a private practice in Los Angeles and Bakersfield, California.

He has had an interest in data collection, designing and creating the first Internet based quality assurance and peer review program in 1999 that currently has over 16,000,000 procedures and outcomes collected from surgeons operating in AAAASF accredited outpatient facilities.

In addition to many publications in the plastic surgery literature, Dr. Keyes is acknowledged as an expert in patient safety and speaks nationally and internationally about both topics.
