Dr. Vladimir Ramirez Blanco is a dedicated and passionate plastic surgeon currently the head of Blackstones Plastic Surgery in Mexico. One of the few selected to receive professional training at the esteemed Jalisciense Institute of Reconstructive Surgery under renowned doctor Jose Guerrerosantos in Guadalajara.
